2026 Free Trial Dance Session

Cancellation Policy

By submitting a booking form for a 2026 Free Trial Session with Dance N Schools, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Booking Confirmation Completing the online booking form does not guarantee a confirmed session. All bookings will be confirmed by a member of the Dance N Schools team via email or telephone. Session Duration Each Free Trial Session runs for approximately 2 hours and can be structured however the school prefers, including grade or cohort rotations during that time. Cancellations Schools may cancel or reschedule a confirmed session up to 14 days prior to the agreed date. Cancellations must be made via email or telephone to ensure accurate record-keeping. Commitment to Fulfilment Once a booking has been confirmed via email or telephone, the school agrees to fulfil the scheduled Free Trial Session. Failure to fulfil the confirmed session will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
